The figurine is the inspiration of bronze miniature sculpture of dog discovered at the Shilda sanctuary (Kakheti, East Georgia) and dated by 14th-12th c BC. It is considered that the original, like other small sculptures found in Shilda, was the sacrificial-ritual object of pagan goddess of fertility. The copy is totally handmade. Material: 24 carat gold plated brass, pedestal-obsidian.
